Job Description:
1. Oversee and manage building construction projects from planning to completion.
2. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
3. Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve design and construction issues.
4. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
5. Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
6. Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve construction-related problems and disputes.
8. Ensure environmental sustainability and energy efficiency in building design and construction.
Requirements:
1. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field.
2. Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in building construction, engineering, or a related field.
3. Certifications: Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent; LEED AP or other sustainability certifications are a plus.
4. Skills:
