Role Overview

Assist Site Manager to establish the horizontal and vertical control to ensure the project is built within the tolerance of the design.

Duties and Responsibility

· Overall responsible for the land surveying task.

· To perform levelling, traversing, setting-out point, survey data collecting, layout, map and field of topographic surveying, boundary surveys etc.

· Working closely with the engineering and construction team to meet the survey work required.

· Manage and plan the land surveying work schedule to ensure all drawings are accurately for survey work and approved by relevant teams.

Background, Experience

· 1 years project surveying skills and 1 years working on site using surveying equipment.

· Competency of using survey instrument and surveying software.

Education

Contract Outbound Planner (6 - 8 months)

The Outbound Planner is responsible for the order fulfilment to the End Customers. Meeting the service requirements agreed between the Customers and Sandvik Mining.

Job Description

1. Management of order fulfilment and delivery with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction. Accountable to the Sales Areas and Customers for performance.

2. Job activities include but not limited to:

• Daily Communication with End Customer, Sale Areas and Distribution Services
• Execution of Customer orders and ensure its correctness and completeness
• Monitor Order Fulfilment (Order To Delivery)
• Ensure right usage of Criticality code and mode of transportation
• Expedite Orders and seek alternative for long lead time parts
• Initiate improvement to optimize cost for Sales Area and Customers
• Prepared Monthly Service Level Report
• Schedule and Conduct conference call (Go to Meeting) with Sales Area & prepare minutes
• Communication with Global Pricing Team on the price update in the Sales Area System
• Communication with Freight Team to ensure shipment arrive at the agreed time line
• Additional duties given by the Management
• Run Aging report to ensure all the outstanding order been scheduled and update due dates for region to have information of order availability date

3. Investigate, follow up & resolve LPS such as:

• Item no price, expedite delivery dates, issue credit note/ misc. invoices, check with TSD for any technical issues.
• Monitor Emergency Orders up to POD
• Sales Area special requirement such as:
• Inspection arrangement, container arrangement, L/C arrangement, FOB, Ex-work term shipping arrangement & documents preparation & follow up if required to claim from Zurich.

Your Profile

• Diploma in Logistics Management / Bachelor in Logistics
• Prefer with work experience (3 to 5 years) in supply chain or customer service environment
• Strong Customer service background
• Strong Knowledge of Logistics Systems and Supply Chain understanding
• Good Knowledge of ERP systems and business management tools (System 21/ Aurora / Maximo, etc.)
• Competent in MS Excel.
• Ability to perform logical data analysis and problem solving.

Roles & Responsibilities

The Site Engineer (Building) is responsible for assisting on the progress of site works and manpower related aspects of the project.

The responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:

• Monitor and supervise Engineers / foremen, ensure compliance to the quality procedures & standard of workmanship. Checking on quality and quantity of work by subcontractors.
• Preparation of detailed program for the site team to follow accordingly & completed in time.
• Resolve drawing discrepancies & technical difficulties with Technical team.
• Coordinates between sub-contractors/vendors/internal departments and monitor site manpower / material / equipment demands to meet schedules.
• Liaise with the Consultants on the submission related to structural works and Technical Department.
• Plan all works on site, including program schedules and construction methods, forecast equipment, material and manpower requirement, and control usage and wastages of all.
• Adherence to safety practices in the work place.
• Any other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time as your superior / management deem fit.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Education: Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University
• Experience: Prior 3 years experience in building projects

* ENSURE WORKERS ADHERE TO SITE SAFETY ESPECIALLY ON SAFETY HELMETS AND HARNESS AND SAFETY HOOK AT ALL TIMES;

* UPDATE N AMEND SITE DRAWING WHEN REQUIRED;

* ATTEND WEEKLY SITE MEETING N RESOLVED SITE PROBLEMS, IF ANY;

* SUBMIT MONTHLY PROGRESS PAYMENTS WITH APPROVAL FROM ARCITECHS N M & E CONSULTANTS;

* PREPARE VO WHEN NECESSARY;

* PREFERABLY PROCESS AT LEAST CLASS 3 DRIVING LICENCE;

* RECOMMEND SITE SOLUTION FOR PROBLEMS AT SITE SUBJECT TO PM APPROVAL;

* CONDUCT TRAINING FOR NEW WORKERS WHEN REQUIRED;

* OBTAIN DAILY WORK ORDERS BEFORE ALLOWING WORKERS TO START WORK AT SITE.
