Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and coordination of events from start to finish.
• Support logistics management, including venue setup, catering arrangements, and equipment rentals.
• Help create promotional materials and assist with event marketing efforts.
• Communicate with vendors, clients, and attendees to ensure smooth event operations.
• Participate in event setup and breakdown, ensuring all aspects are executed seamlessly.
• Stay on-site during events to provide support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a positive experience for attendees.
• Conduct research on event trends, venues, and vendors to support planning efforts.
• Assist with post-event evaluations, including collecting feedback and data analysis.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed to support events.

The overall scope of the position is to maintain and execute Digital Marketing and E-commerce activities for 2 hotels in Singapore, including but not limited to developing strategy, content updates, social media management, paid media, display and programmatic campaigns, Metasearch and OTA campaign optimization.

Reporting directly to GM, Director of S&M or Director of Marketing.

Main responsibilities:

- Build a yearly digital and e-commerce plan and budget for the hotels across Direct & Indirect channels

- Contributing to the hotels’ strategies, working closely with key stakeholders from Marketing, Sales, Revenue, F&B etc

- Plan and execute all digital marketing activities including but not limited to SEO/SEA, emailing, social media, display, Metasearch and influencers.

- Manage and optimize the content, offers, and landing pages on the hotel’s microsites while ensuring the accuracy of information on third-party websites.

- Conduct regular quality assurance audits on the hotels descriptive content & images to ensure parity on all channels and integrity with brand website.

- Handle the CRM and email Marketing with the third party tool for Rooms, F&B and other outlets in line with the strategy and corporate guidelines.

- Work with the revenue team to manage and optimize OTA campaigns.

- Ensure hotel’s presence across key Social platforms relevant to the source markets and social content production.

- Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging and relevant content for the website, social media, and other marketing campaigns.

- Develop a strong understanding of digital and analytics platforms to maximise revenue opportunities.

- Measuring and reporting the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs); monitoring and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of digital marketing campaigns, including reporting on and analyzing Web Direct and indirect performance.

- Generate regular reports, provide insights and recommendations, and adapt strategies as needed to achieve marketing goals.

- Identify and evaluate new online marketing opportunities to increase direct internet traffic and drive online production.

- Review and monitor hotels’ competitor set on a regular basis and maintain competitiveness in terms of content quality and offer appeal.

- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.

- Manage & collaborate with marketing/social media agencies and other vendor partners

The Dishwasher is responsible for washing dishes, kitchen vessels, cleaning floors and equipment etc. Tasks include but not limited to:

• Check dishwashing machines thoroughly to see if detergents for the machine needs to be replenished

• Send all soiled towels to the laundry and dry them

• Assist in polishing silver and copperware

• Keep work area clean, tidy and dry at all times

• Wash dishes

• Ensure that water in the dishwashing machine is maintained at a constant level/temperature and must be

changed once every 2 hours

• Observe correct procedures in handling machinery.

• Ensure that a decoy system must be set up before all soiled dishes are brought into the kitchen from the outlet

• A container of detergent must be prepared in advance for soaking of cutleries

• Report to Steward Supervisor when any equipment/machinery is damaged, faulty or misused

The Stewarding Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of the Stewarding department to deliver an excellent Guest and Team Member experience while supporting the overall Back of House operation; maintaining a high level of hygiene and cleaning schedule.

Primary Responsibilities

Operations

· Assign in detail, specific duties to all employees under his supervision and instructs them in their work inclusive

of external contracted employees

· Prepare work schedule with computerized schedule planners and obtain advance approval of overtime and

vacation on a weekly basis

· Submit weekly payroll and overtime report to the Executive Chef for approval

· Ensure personal cleanliness and proper deportment of all employees under his supervision

· Hold trainings and meetings with the Training Managers and Chemical Suppliers

· Prepare operating equipment provision budget for glass, silver and chinaware in coordination with breakage and

theft itemized cades

· Bring to attention of any non-usable products to the Executive Chef, record them as breakage and insures that

par levels of equipment are kept up to date

· Prepare and maintain all outlet par stocks with the Restaurant Managers and prepare coat breakage reports for

section

· Ensure proper sanitation standards are met through maintenance of local health and sanitation codes

· Maintain contracts with vendors and supplier such as Garbage Disposal, Chemical Suppliers, Exterminator, Night

Cleaning Contracts if applicable, and arranges special cleaning schedule when applicable

· Ensure that all Food & Beverage garbage are properly sorted and removed from all areas and transferred to the

garbage room

· Coordinate maintenance of all back of the house equipment with the Executive Chef and Chief Engineers and

schedule weekly kitchen cleaning

· Coordinate with the Food & Beverage Manager on all equipment pertaining to festivals and promotions

· Submit a Monthly Report to the Executive Chef pertaining to the status of the Stewarding Department

· Ensure a healthy and safe working environment

Roles & Responsibilities

• Cleaning of room, bathroom and common areas according to the set standards and instructions.
• Replenish and replace all supplies, amenities and lines as per established standard operating procedures.
• Ensures all assigned rooms (check-out or make-up) are completed before the end of shift.
• Attending to guest requests.
• Reporting of any maintenance defects.
• Reporting of any lost and found to the relevant department for their necessary actions.
• To check that all room status is the same as the Room Attendant daily report.
• Adhere to personal grooming and hygiene standards.
