Our client, a leading Construction real estate developer, is looking for suitable talents to join their growing business as Accounts Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including AR, AP, GL, and bank reconciliation, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Prepare full set accounts for month-end and year-end closings, including analysis and reporting of financial data.
• Manage expense tracking, payment processing, cash flow control, and intercompany records while ensuring proper documentation.
• Handle fixed asset management, including tracking and depreciation, and prepare monthly management reports.
• Collaborate with internal and external parties, including auditors, tax agents, bankers, and company secretaries, on financial matters.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• proficiency in accounting software and knowledge of local financial regulations
• At least 3 years of working experience in a similar role within the built environment/real estate industry.
• Experience in property management, construction, or project accounting is an added advantage.
• Possess a willing-to-learn and proactive attitude

OTHER INFORMATION:

• Location: East
• Working hours: 5 days work week
• Salary: Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications.
