• Maintain document archives, ensure proper SharePoint archiving and compliance with record management best practices, policies, and legal requirements.
• Fulfill document retrieval requests efficiently.
• Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with document control processes and procedures.
• Coordinate and collaborate with the management team to ensure processes are functioning effectively.
• Provide monthly document analytics reports, focusing on performance and quality using predefined KPIs.
• Support the preparation of monthly project reports.
• Ensure alignment with Project Information Management standards and requirements.

About you:

• Diploma holder.
• A minimum of 5 years of document control experience.
• Experience in managing documentation for large, complex projects.
• Proficient in Electronic Data Management Systems (EDMS), preferably ProjectWise, and MS Office applications.
• Highly organized and systematic in approach to work.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
