Property Executive (Facilities Management)
Overseeing the day-to-day management of properties
- Coordinating tenant fit-out works, additions and alterations, and reinstatement work
- Managing maintenance tasks to ensure the building facilities and equipment are in working condition
- Handling corporate administrative tasks, regulatory compliance, quality control, inventory control, and procurement
- Liaising and coordinating with contractors for facility-related equipment repairs and preventive maintenance
- Supervising term contractors to ensure they carry out routine and ad-hoc work as per the contract
- Managing complaints and feedback related to building and maintenance
- Providing support to the department in workplace safety and health matters
- Coordinating and assisting in the daily activities of the Corporate Department
- Assisting with ISO auditing/ConSASS and IMS Document Controller tasks
- Performing other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Job Requirements & Qualifications:
- Possession of GCE ‘A’ Level/Diploma in any field
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro) or equivalent editing software is an advantage
- Self-motivated, cooperative, and able to work independently
- A good team player with an outgoing personality; creative and innovative
- Preferred certification in workplace safety & health and/or construction-related certificate
- Relevant ISO auditor certificates
- Candidates with more experience will be considered for senior positions
- Salary package will be based on experience level
