• Attend regular meetings with owner/client/contractors/sub-contractors and ensure the progress is on schedule
• Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise
• Monitor and ensure subcontractors comply with specified requirements
• ldentify and comply with all applicable statutory regulatory requirements related to project
• Identify possible risks to project and stakeholders as well as create contingency plans to mitigate these risks
• Respond swiftly to work delays, emergencies and other problems
• Clear communication to external parties including client, subcontractors, consultants, vendors etc. on project needs, requirements and schedule by means of daily construction oversight
• Review all method statement of the activities ensuring safe execution and maximization of resources used for job efficient
• Prepare monthly site report updating the latest progress and planning to achieve the project milestone
• Complete task as assigned by Project Manager and Project Director

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• At least 12 years of engineering experience in the related field is required for this position
• At least 5 years of experience in managing civil and infrastructure construction work for projects of similar scale, complexity and nature of work
• Work as Team leader, leading team on project requirements and target achievement
• Acting as rigorous preson on Identify possible risks in project

Responsibilities

• Project Supervisor to manage and ensure smooth implementation and monitor of projects assigned from inception to completion on time and of desired quality.
• Support Project Engineer in the volume business through coordination, follow-up and reporting the progress and quality of the overall project.
• Be in-charged of supervising the installation team to ensure safe, high quality and complete-on- time delivery of organization's project and solutions.
• Responsible for effective site administration which include site safety and control of materials / plants on site.
• Ensure that all Safety compliance and processes are adhered to by all workers.
• Assist to supervise site operation, workers and vendors.
• Responsible for coordination and supervision to ensure works are carried out efficiently and on schedule.
• Able to communicate to all level and attend site meeting on a daily basis.
• Any other work as and when assigned by the Project Manager.
