• Coordinate and monitor various functions of all parties, includes the architect, consultants, contractors to ensure projects are executed in compliance with relevant authorities’ requirements
• Planning, execution, monitoring, control and completion of the project within required time frame, budget with excellent quality standards
• Conduct feasibility study for land parcels available for tender with senior management and business development team;
• Ensure that the completed projects are consistent with the design concept, with excellent quality standards to that meet and exceed the expectations of the purchasers;
• Ensure that the design scheme, look and feel of projects are according to the company’s requirements and directions;
• Manage tender and awards of various contracts as well as construction and contract administration;
• Liaise with relevant authorities, if necessary, to expedite with the necessary approvals.
• Plan, forecast and review and report the monthly development cost for the project;
• Track project milestones and deliverables and to effectively communicate to the stakeholders of the project progress, issues and mitigation plans;
• Work with sales and marketing team, and external marketing agencies to ensure a smooth launch of sales;
• Work with property management team to ensure proper handover of projects to the purchasers;
• Work with property management team to ensure defects are attended to promptly to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Degree in Real Estate/Architectural/ Constructions or other relevant fields
• Architectural background would be of an advantage and preferred;
• Min 8yrs or more property development, good knowledge of real estate, property architecture planning;
• Experience in Singapore property development and relevant authorities’ rules and regulations;
• Good knowledge of authorities’ submission, conversant with local codes, regulations and procedures in Singapore;
