Job Purpose

The Accounts Executive is responsible in maintaining updated cash book and unpaid Trade Contractor Certificate of Payment Response (TCCP) / invoice log, update invoice receipt into SUN system and all accounts payable functions. · Experience in developing internal processes and filing systems.

Job Responsibilities

• To carry out all responsibilities of an Assistant Site Supervisor on a construction site
• Resolve site challenges proactively in a timely manner
• Assist and support the Site Supervisor in handling and monitoring the progress of the project
• Preparing job descriptions and work schedules
• Liaising with the main contractor for coordination work
• Carry out risk assessment and other risk management activities: Make recommendations on risk control measures and Communicate Risk Assessments (RA) to concerned parties

Experience Requirements

• Prefer English & Mandarin speakers for better communication with sub con workers and suppliers
• Positive working attitude
• Good interpersonal and analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
