• Ensure the successful completion of assigned projects, managing both documentation and operational aspects efficiently.
• Attend site meetings with the main contractor to address issues and provide updates to the Directors.
• Plan and monitor site work progress to ensure adherence to the project schedule.
• Collaborate with office staff to prepare monthly progress claims, payment certificates, and similar documentation.
• Verify that work is executed according to approved plans, drawings, and contractual specifications.
• Support and evaluate team performance on a monthly basis.
• Draft method statements as required for specific tasks.
• Oversee and manage materials and equipment delivered to the site.
• Prepare and assist in developing organizational charts for company and supply workers.
• Manage workers' schedules to prevent unnecessary overtime, ensuring prior approval for overtime from the Managing Director.
• Assist with maintaining a site tools sign-in/out record.
• Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the Managing Director.
