Job Description:-

• To provide CAD drafting/BIM modelling and documentation support.
• To assist in planning, design, presentation and documentation.
• To work closely with architects, consultants and project teams to ensure successful completion of assignments within a given timeline.
• To ensure quality of model, elements and information required at each stage of project.
• To coordinate and resolve clashes as part of modelling process.
• To communicate issues back to project team.
• To assist on documentation for record and submission related to BIM processes.
• Able to handle different scales of projects concurrently.
• All other works related to BIM matters.
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:-

• Min. Diploma in Architecture or equivalent.
• Possess proficiency in latest version of AutoCAD 3D designing and Revit.
• At least 5-year of relevant working experience, especially in construction industry for landed residential projects.
• Must be pro-active and have good communication skills.
• Ability to solve problem and work independently.
• Have strong technical knowledge and familiar with construction industry standards and practices.

Roles & Responsibilities

Requirements:

· Degree in Engineering, Accounting, Business or Commercial

· Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in a project related field in a similar environment

· Ability, analyze and perform variance analysis between actual and budgeted costs

· PC skills with proficiency in MS Office, and Primavera Software tool

Key Responsibilities:

· Forecast payments from Vendors/Subcontractors for the monthly invoicing to client.

· Review invoices for accuracy and ensure that costs being in line with project budget and correct Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) code.

· Review Work Order’s and Purchase Order’s for accuracy ensure that costs being in line with project budget and correct WBS code.

· Budget setup, allocation and re-forecasting according to WBS structure and ensure costs are capture in Project Tools.

· Generate Variation/Change Orders and maintain Variation/Change Order status registers.

· Coordinate with other discipline Engineers, Project Manager’s and Deputy Project Manager’s, etc to prepare and generate Monthly Project Cost Reports.

· Continually monitor, tracking, review and forecast project cost and expenses.

· Troubleshoot abnormalities in cost reporting data and liaise with other disciplines as necessary.

· Close monitoring of project manning plan, review, forecast and update.

• Responsible for safety and health management system in compliance with the Workplace Safety & Health Act and NUS Safety and Health requirements
• Establish a framework for legal & statutory compliance through assessing the applicability of safety & health legal requirements and regulated chemicals, as well as departmental related licenses.
• Provide technical guidance on safety & health requirements, including proposing measures based on hierarchy of controls
• Provide support to college level safety & health programmes and processes, including Secretariat for Department and College level S&H committee meetings
• Manage laboratory commissioning and decommissioning
• Maintain and update safety & health licences and documentation for compliance, oversee all internal audits and reports for compliance
• Conduct regular safety inspections and organise S&H activities and events
• Review, implement, monitor, and coordinate S&H emergency preparedness supporting drills/exercises.

Job Requirements

• At least 3-5 years working experience in construction-related workplace
• Experience Safety & Health graduates who are highly motivated and with prior 3 years of relevant experiences are welcome to apply
• Familiar with statutory safety regulations
• Familiar with hazard identification, risk analyses and assessment methodologies
• Good knowledge of industry standards and practices relevant to construction safety
• Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) with MOM, qualified Safety Manager (FSM) with SCDF would be advantageous
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Independent and good team player
• Highly committed with good service-oriented attitude

· Prepare Standard Operating Processes (SOP) for assembly production process

· Provide preventive maintenance for machines, tools and jigs for production and engineering

· Ensure tooling and machinery are working and updated accordingly

· Perform monthly maintenance for tooling, machinery and set up

· In charge of engineering projects

· Improve existing work processes and prepare new ones whenever necessary

· Enhance productivity by improving the production process and boosting innovative measures

· Solve in-process assembly lines issues

· Source for new tooling suppliers and liaise with them

· Work with drafter wherever there is engineering concern with the drawings

· Work with sales team for new products/RFQ requested

· Work with QA team for first article and new products qualification

· Monitor the status of trials of new products regularly

· Monitor and improve the drawings and technical requirements for all CSS products

· Generate process drawing flow for production reference

Requirements:

· Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

· 2 years relevant working experience

· Able to work independently and in a team

· Strong problem solving and root-cause analysis skills
