We have an immediate requirement for a fully experienced Pre-Construction Lead, who has the capability to drive the project to completion within the time and cost control requirements. This will be for an upcoming A&A fit-out project and will require a candidate with considerable experience i.e. who has managed hyper-scale projects, particularly during the pre-construction stage.

Responsibilities:

• Assist to develop and maintain the Company-wide templates & object libraries
• Assist the BIM Manager in developing and maintaining BIM/IDD execution protocols
