Position : Sales Executive ( Outdoor)

Job Responsibilities:
• The Sales Executive acts as the points of contact with the customers, portraying professionalism and confidence that delivers the ultimate in customer service.
• Interact with clients, vendors & visitors in a professional manner.
• Follow up with the existing accounts, contractors and engineers.
• Cold call on projects and companies that come across out in the field.
• Submit weekly sales run sheet, detailing visit to clients, projects, follow up site demo etc.
• Technical presentations to contractors and engineers upon full product training and support given.
• On-site technical site installation training to be given to contractors and engineers when requested
• Weekly sales meeting on current and potential sales.
• Follow up with contractors / engineers/architects / developers on new or existing projects
• Follow up on contacts enquiries.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
• Candidate must posses at least primary/ secondary school o level , professional certificate/ NITEC / Diploma in any field

Responsibilities:

• Co-lead the Contract Administrative & Procurement Team, overseeing pre- and post-contract activities (e.g., insurance, performance bonds, retention sums, variation orders etc).
• Administer tender processes, ensuring timely renewals and compliance with policies.
• Ensure contracts are executed and compliant with requirements.
• Review contract terms to align with market trends and company needs.
• Collaborate with Requestors to develop procurement strategies and resolve contract issues.

We are looking for a dynamic Investment Analyst. The Investment Analyst will report to the Directors and the Investment Manager directly and will be exposed to, and assist with, various financial tasks, analysis, and research for the real estate projects that APG is involved in.

The company has a host of ongoing and upcoming projects invested in by APG's global network of investors. This role will require a range of tasks the Investment Analyst will assist with. By virtue of it being a lean team in Singapore, this role will also expose the analyst to a variety of different tasks, including liaising with the Australian team for one of the portfolio businesses in an upcoming and niche real estate segment.

Perform market research, competitive analysis, and other ad-hoc research as needed for ongoing/new deals;

Conduct financial projections and analysis for new deals;

Prepare/amend financial models for ongoing projects as they approach the refinance stage;

Assist in the preparation of investment memorandums, pitch decks and quarterly investor updates and newsletters;

Participate in pitch meetings with investors;

Build and maintain relationships with investment partners & investors;

Assist the Directors and the Investment Manager on due diligence materials required by institutional funders for different projects;

Compile data and prepare reports on the economic and real estate market updates for our investor newsletters;

Review and participate in tax and legal due diligence;

Be involved in a variety of tasks for a deal from initiation to execution across different segments;
