• Responsible for timely submission of plans and reports to Consultant and Authorities
• To coordinate & liaise with consultant, sub-con and other trades eg M&E and architectural for projects specifications & other technical issues
• To assist in project coordination and oversee of all structural/Civil works on site and ensure all related activities are carried out as per drawings
• Attend meetings inclusive technical meetings (not withstanding to minutes down the meeting if necessary) and site walks during the construction phase of project
• Keep track of test reports, tests, ST, Green Mark scheme and constructability scheme
• Document control and compilation accordance to company ISO standard

Requirements

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering / Building
• 3-5 years architectural and structural coordinator experience in building construction Project
• Good knowledge of Structural specifications & requirements
• Preference will be given to those who can commence immediately

Responsibilities

• To oversee and ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of all matters relating to the maintenance and management of the condominium

• Responsible for the general administration of all building trades, M&E Equipment, security, facilities, site staff discipline and welfare and control of performance standards

• Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirement

• Minimum Diploma in Estate Management or equivalent

• Working experience of at least 10 years, with at least 3 years of relevant working experience in the management of residential properties

• Good knowledge of the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act 2004 is a must

• Excellent interpersonal and strong oral and written communication skills

• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical plant and equipment operation

Job Responsibilities:

• Vendor & Supplier Management: Liaise with vendors and suppliers to follow up on outstanding payments and invoices.
• Payment Processing: Ensure all supporting documents are properly organized and forwarded to the finance team for payment processing.
• Reports: Maintain, review, and check reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Documentation & Bookkeeping: Manage accurate documentation and bookkeeping processes within the Facility Management folders.
• Administrative Duties: Handle any other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.

Required Skills:

• Language Proficiency: Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel)
• Numerical Ability: Must be proficient with numbers and calculations.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
