Site Quantity Surveyor (Construction / Up to $3800)

• Working Days: 5 Day A Week (Monday – Friday), Saturday may need to work half day depends on project (Can claim OT)
• Working Hours: 8:30am -5:30pm
• Office at City Hall, Working location at Island wide
• $2800 to $3800

Requirements:

Possess Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying.

Job Scope

Reports to Project General Manager/Project Manager

Quantity taking off, Study pre-contract files

Identify specified or equivalent materials

Study pre-contract quotations and to obtain new quotations for works

Check availability of stock of materials and their delivery time

Check/sourcing of quotations, clarify, and assist in the negotiation with sub-contractors and suppliers

Reconcile quantities in contract and those claimed by sub-contractors and suppliers

Monitor, measure, and price variation works

Prepare periodic progress valuation

Check progress claims submitted by sub-contractors

Study all site instructions issued and advise Project Manager of time and cost implications

Monitor the expenses of the project and advise the Project Manager on the financial status

Brief site staff on procedure of recording and confirming oral instructions

Logistic Officer

Work Location: Changi Naval Base, Project Office at Geylang area

Working days: 5.5 days 8am to 5pm, Alt Sat Full Day

Salary: $2500 to $3500 (depends on experience)

Requirements

Candidates possess at least a Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management/Construction management/ Transportations or equivalent.

At least 2 years of fleet management or transportation management experiences, preferably from construction/civil engineering industry.

Job scope

Tracking and submission of documentation related to material movement (P.O / D.O).

Update reports on inventory and highlight any discrepancies.

Verify purchases and storage of inventory.

Facilitate enquiries with regards to office, equipment and inventory.

Allocate and direct manpower according to fleet schedule.

Submission and approval of personnel for clearance matters.

Generation and verification of temporary passes.

Ensure timely and accurate submissions of various documents.

Any other ad-hoc tasks as instructed by Logistics Manager.

Project Executive

Working Hours: Monday-Friday (9.00 am - 6.00 pm)

Working Location: New Industrial Rd [Bartley]

Salary: $2500-$3000

Requirements

• Professional Certificate/Diploma/BS/BA or a related field of study
• 1 -2 years of experience in account management, preferably in interior design / creative-led industry
• Must be able to read and edit autoCAD, SketchUp and other design softwares and site work is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Director to manage the accounts of creative-led projects.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring that their needs are met and their questions are answered in a timely manner
• Developing project plans and timelines, and ensuring that all project milestones are met on time and on budget
• Coordinating with other departments, such as design and production, to ensure that all project elements are delivered on time and to the client's satisfaction
• Preparing and presenting project status reports to the client and internal stakeholders
• Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients
• Ensuring that all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date
• Conducting research on the latest industry trends and best practices to ensure that our company remains competitive and innovative
