Job Description:

• Ensure the quality of all construction work performed on site are in accordance with the company's QAQC requirement.
• Visit project sites, arrange and conduct QAQC inspections on mainly Structural Works and Architectural Works.
• Assist project teams in the preparation of project specific CONQUAS/Quality Management assessment by BCA with specific contract requirements.
• Ensure workmanship, procedures and method statements are in accordance to specified standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure works are in compliance with method statements & proper sequence of work and in accordance to BCA’s good industry practice.
• Ensure that all project quality records and quality audit plans are maintained.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess Bachelor Degree in relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement preferably construction/ civil engineering industry.
• Must be familiar with safety procedure within the site.
• Have experiences in working in large scale projects.
• Candidate with LTA experience advantage.
• Willing to be based in site.

Responsibilities:

• Work hand-in-hand with the project team to create a mutual understanding of the project strategy based on the requirement of the job
• Must need to complete board piling opertation course
• Need to complete crane Erector course
• Conduct in-depth reviews and analysis of all project or contract documents so as to be familiar with every detail and/or requirements
• Work with safety units in a bid to plan and manage safety programs for each project and make sure that all aspects of safety are reached
• Help project managers and engineers in the arrangement and analysis of projects and scheduling of reports on projects
• Oversee projects as they are being carried out to make sure that the work is done according to outlined specifications, and that they also conform with project timetable
• Convey project needs from the project manager to the management of the firm. For example, in a case whereby extra funds are needed for the completion of a project, the project manager communicates the situation to the management of the company usually through the construction operations manager
• Assist in the maintenance, development, and enhancement of the company’s relationship with contractors in a bid to produce strategic partnership
• Train and mentor employees in areas of project management and estimating.

• At least 5 years on-the-job experience in a similar role or in any other construction capacity.

Qualifications :

2) Knowledge in Auto Cad, BIM Modelling and Tekla Software.

3) 3-5 years experience in a construction environment.

4) Budget Management experience require.

5) Valid class 3 Singapore driving licence.

Role Description

The role is responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with project management, engineering, cost management, quality control, documentation and reporting, and site coordination. The Project Engineer will be part of a team that designs and builds large-scale commercial and residential swimming pools, spas, and water features from the ground up. The role oversees all aspects of the construction projects, ensuring their timely completion within budget and in compliance with regulations. The role will also involve collaboration with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient project execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in building and construction, or related field.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Strong project management skills to manage resources, track project status and mitigate risks.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively manage project timelines and budgets, as well as coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers.
• Expertise in project engineering to ensure that designs comply with engineering standards and applicable regulations.
• Experience in project planning to develop project scopes, objectives, and schedules that align with business goals.
• Mechanical and electrical engineering skills to design and develop electrical systems for swimming pool facilities.
• Experience in swimming pool construction or related field is a bonus.
• Experience in Autocad, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project.
