SERVICE SALES

· Identify and develop potential business opportunities;

· Responsible for maintaining an existing customer base, create new customer accounts and business development;

· Achieve sales & profit targets set by the company;

· Cultivate and enhance long term relationship with new and existing customers;

· To process quotation on recommended parts to customers within 1 day upon receipt of reports through eSOS;

· To generate an invoice for billing to customers within 1 day upon completion of the job through eSOS;

· Ensure immediate response to Customers and close follow-ups with Customers via email, phone call, text messaging and faxes;

· Ensuring customers’ requirements are clearly and adequately defined before handing over to the project and operation team;

· Schedule and coordinate with customers on Load Test (LT) / Visual Inspections (VI);

· Ensure all Customers crane details are updated to eSOS accurately;

· Ensure on sending mass emails to customers on new/revised service rates;

· Gather Customers’ feedback and develop corrective measures for Management reviews;

· Responsible for providing a high standard of customer service

· To generate weekly reports to update management on the progress of all enquiries and order confirmation to both internal and external customers

· Conduct weekly meeting with inter-related depts. such as Sales, Parts Executive, Finance, Store, Purchasing possible for providing a high standard of Customer Service;

· Ensure timely billing for service job completed within 3 working days through ESOS to customers;

SERVICE OPS.

· Responsible for updates of daily Technician Schedules, including breakdown calls, maintenance, load tests, visual inspection, etc to ESOS.

· To conduct morning briefing with Technicians on ensuring their awareness of the job schedule for the day itself;

· To organise weekly operations meetings with Technicians;

· Work closely with Supervisor on assigning right team for jobs;

· Ensure timely deliveries, right quality and quantity of parts to Customers;

· To ensure electrical jobs under projects are completed on time by Technicians;

· Responsible for maintenance of Equipment List and update of all relevant parts details on regular basis;

· To ensure Technicians are always in proper and clean overalls;

· To check on proper housekeeping at the Service Area, Electrical room, truck cleanliness;

· To ensure tools in toolboxes, tools in tool bags, full PPE of technicians, stocks in trucks are checked on a weekly basis;

OTHERS

· Ensure procedures, standards and guidelines are followed and maintained;

· Ensure all documentation of records are up to date and filed accordingly;

· Any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.

Responsibilities:

· Interpret drawings, create and update BIM models with proper documentation.

· Ensure the BIM projects are completed in accordance to BIM guidelines and compliance with authorities’ submission requirements.

· Manage workflow, processes and implementation of BIM projects.

· Support tender preparation

· Update and maintain submission documents/checklist, standard details and standard specifications.

· Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

·At least 1 year of BIM modelling experience

·Good team player with positive attitude

·Self-motivated and able to work under pressure

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Manage inventory control processes, including stock-taking and monitoring.
• Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to meet operational targets.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health regulations.
• Coordinate and liaise with various departments to optimize warehouse processes.
• Handle inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery.
• Implement strategies to improve productivity and reduce operational costs.
• Resolve operational issues effectively to maintain seamless workflows.
