Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for all on-site technical and engineering related matters

• Ensuring works carried out to meet company's quality standards & contractual requirements

• Involved in project planning, monitoring project progress and schedule

• To coordinate and liaise with the clients and main-contractor

• Assisting with monthly progress claims and monthly progress reports

Job Requirements

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a distinguished University

• At least 5 years job experience

Job Scope:

• Prepare cutting list for materials order and for details discussion with client on drawing
• Able to coordinate with production after meeting with client
• Ensure all drawings are in accordance with the standard sets by company's quality
• Rectify and update latest drawing accordance to changes
• Reform drawing check in accordance with client requirements
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Requirements:

• At least 5 years experience in relevant industry
• Familiar with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, etc...
• Able to have excellent communication skills
• Able to self-motivate and work independently
• Familiar with drafting for facade, cladding, structure and design

Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience
• At least graduated with Diploma Certificate/Degree in Quantity Surveyor
