Job scopes:
* Experience in Accounts Payable (AP) or Receivable (AR) and ensuring accuracy and completeness in both invoicing, outgoing or incoming payment
* Monthly reconciliation Statement of Account, investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes
* Preparation and sending out the monthly Statement of Accounts to customers
* Prepare quarterly GST
* Data-entries and handle day-to-day operations of accounting and ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records
* Ensure accounts payable invoices, petty cash and staff expenses claims are accurate and properly recorded.
* Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
* Perform monthly bank reconciliation
* Support on month-end and year-end close processes as needed
* Perform other duties or task assigned by immediate superior and management
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in accounting
* Minimum Diploma/ITE/LCCI/ CAT in Accountancy
* At least 1 to 2 years of working experience
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel / Words)
* Experience in using QuickBooks will be an advantage
* Possess a willing-to-learn and proactive attitude
* Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Able to start work immediately
