Job Description

• Determine, or help determine, insurance policies, and explain complex technical matters to company executives, project personnel, clients, etc,
• Review existing insurance policy to determine coverage, as well as review new insurance policies to ensure coverage
• Communicate with insurance brokers in matters pertaining to project insurance, performance bonds, claims, etc.
• Source and evaluate tenders for submission
• Collaborate with colleagues to prepare business/tender proposals
• Prepare reports summarizing operational results, financial performance, or accomplishments of specified objectives, goals, or plans
• Interpret government regulations and applicable codes to ensure compliance
• Monitor project life cycles and term contracts
• Prepare, submit, and monitor sales contracts
• Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, etc,
• Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information, such as selling strategies or marketing information
• Carry out receptionist duties when needed

Requirements

• Minimally a diploma in Business Administration or Engineering
• Experience in handling insurance policies for the construction industry would be an added advantange
• Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken
• Meticulous and pays attention to details

• Prepare Site Progress Video plan and editing
• Perform Static Structure Analysis for bridge
• Liaise with various stakeholders for design issues

Job requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering
• Experience in Vehicular Bridge/Viaduct Construction is preferred
• Possess foundational knowledge in Structural Design, Computational Fluid Dynamics Program, 3Ds Max & 3D Printer Operation
• Proficient in Static structure analysis program using C language
• Proficient in SAP & ERP, AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Project
• Self-motivated
• Willing to commit night works when required
