• Manage day-to-day technical operations, including attending daily toolbox meetings, compliance with WSHA.
• Respond to emergency fault calls during office hours/standby duties after office hours in rotating duty roster and ensure timely rectification of issues.
• Liase with users and authority to prepare and submit detailed work proposals for job requests.
• Prepare costing, condition assessment, and proposal for maintenance works.
• Responsible for inventory record, drawings, documentations and defect liability period registers.
• Compile and maintain service reports, licenses/certificates on site.
• Prepare and submit certificate of completion for maintenance works and services monthly, and prepare monthly claims.
• Supervise and follow up with sub-contractors to carry out corrective maintenance/adhoc works and to rectify defects reported by quality control/auality, assurance, auditor/users.
• Check and certify works done by sub-contractors.
• Perform any other technical tasks as and when required.

11. Attendance of meeting and or site survey with clients.

12. Submission of quotations / costing to clients within stimulated time frame.

13. Maintenance of good public relationship with vendors / clients.

14. Logistic and manpower planning and arrangement.

• Perform painting tasks, including preparing surfaces, applying paint, and finishing to ensure a quality appearance.
• Select and mix paint colors to achieve the desired shade and consistency.
• Clean designated areas, including offices, restrooms, and common areas, to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
• Handle and dispose of cleaning materials safely and according to guidelines.
• Inspect areas for cleanliness and report any maintenance or repair needs.
• Maintain painting and cleaning equipment in good working condition.
• Follow all safety protocols while performing painting and cleaning tasks.
• Assist with other general maintenance duties as assigned by supervisors.
  • Prepare walls and other surfaces for painting by scraping, using sandpaper, removing old paint etc.
  • Fill cracks and holes with appropriate material (e.g. plaster) Mix paint and other materials to prepare the right color or texture
  • To carry out spray painter process/tasks, including preparation and operations of spray system and setting up of parts on appropriate machines
  • To perform production and spray related tasks as and when assigned by immediate supervisor
  • Ensure works are carried out according to schedules and are on target to completion.
  • Take and adhere to all health and safety precautions

• Ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship.
• Attend the daily tool-box meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly.
• Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement and scope of work.

Requirement

• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Possessed of SCWSH (BCSS) is mandatory.
