• WORKING HOURS:

1. 6 days work week
2. Monday – Sat (8pm – 6am)

Account Executive

• Do full sets of Accounts & GST submission, and handle administrative task;
• Prepare monthly reports and financial statements;
• Liaise with company secretary, banker, auditor, tax agency and relevant authorities for company related matters;
• Ensure all expenses are entered in accounting system using Microsoft Excel and XERO;
• Prepare quotations for construction contracts

HR and Admin

• Handle all work pass applications, issuance, appeal, renewal, and cancellation;
• Manage payroll and CPF, taxation for employees;
• Prepare letters of employment, confirmation, other HR-related documents etc;
• To do any other ad-hoc assignment given by Management

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
• At least 3 years relevant experience
• Able to work independently
• Bilingual in Chinese and English

Job Descriptions

• Assist the project managers in all aspects of project management related works.

• Handle technical matters such as preparing method statements, construction program, shop drawing, & other submissions related to project required by main contractors and project owners.

• Liaises with clients, consultants, contractors and government authorities.

• Manage and control workers and monitor their work closely to keep site safe.

• Supervise ongoing site activities closely.

• Other ad-hoc works assigned by managers

Requirement

• Degree in Civil Engineering or construction related major

• Able to work at site

• Good written and spoken communication skills

• Competent with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Power Point etc.)

• Proficient in AUTOCAD

• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision

• Strong initiative and resourcefulness

• At least 3 years related experience required

Responsibilities:

• Unloading the goods at the designated job sites within time frame
• To maintain and keep assigned trucks clean at all times
• To ensure that the mixer drums are free of hardened concrete at all times
• Providing customer service and ensuring that Do's are signed and returned to the plant
• Transporting concrete from the batching plant to the job site
• To carry out any other tasks as per instructed

Requirements

• At least have 2 year of driving experience as a concrete truck driver
• Must possess a valid Class 4 or 5 driving licence
• Follow Singapore traffic regulations
• Able to commit OT or on weekends / Public holidays
• Excellent team player, good interpersonal skills and a “can-do” attitude
