Requirements:

• You are degree qualified in Finance, Real Estate, Engineering, Accountancy from a reputable educational institute and have about 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience in data centre, real estate and/or investment industries.
• You are resourceful, possess strong initiative, great independence in working in a fast-paced environment.
• You have excellent business and financial acumen as well as interpersonal skills to manage various stakeholders of different nationalities.

Reporting to AVP Finance, you will be joining a listed hospitality REIT to grow their assets globally.

Key Responsibilities

You will manage and monitor the group’s treasury position and compliance with loan covenants and regulations, assist with bank loan financing/re-financing exercises and monitor the overall cash flow position, including funds utilization and the prompt upstream of funds from dividends & interests.

You oversee the management and monitoring of the assigned group of companies and assets, including:

• Review of monthly management report, analysis of variances and monitoring of expenditures;

Key Requirements
