• Lead and manage junior quantity surveyors and other members of the cost management team.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying/Building or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the building construction industry in Singapore, preferably with a Main Contractor.
• Experience in HDB Tender/Project is an advantage but not compulsory.
• Experienced in tendering for projects.
• Proficient computer skills, including advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Skilled in project management software.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and ensure updated documents and drawings are issued to the client and subcontractor
• Monitor the progress and keep track of the project timelines.
• Conduct weekly or monthly meeting with sub-contractors to update progress of work
• Ensure quality of work is achieved and all government and safety regulation are complied.
• Oversee drawing management and control of technical documentation
• Oversee and manage procurement of resources, control material usage on site.
• Organize labor, equipment and material for day to day site activities
• Any other duties assigned

• Conducting structured phone surveys and collecting of on public opinion and social trends
• Update responses into computer systems (Training will be provided)

Job Requirements:

• Min. GCE ‘O’ Level
• Effective telephone communication skills
• Able to handle situations in a calm & professional manner
• Proficient in English and one or more of the following languages – Chinese (Speak & Read) as required to liaise with Chinese speaking respondents
• Proficient in computer software
• Prior call-centre or phone interviewing or surveyor experience will be preferred
• Self-motivated and take a proactive approach to work

Working Hours: Monday to Friday / 4 Hours ONLY

x2 Afternoon - 12.30pm-430pm

x3 Evening -5.30pm-9.30pm
