Job description
1) To coordinate and update Tunnel Niches drawing and Tunnel bracket drawing wall elevation as per SWC requirement and comment
2) To coordinate and update delivery route/future replacement route drawing and submit for authority approval.
3) To coordinate SWC sign-off for Tunnel Niches drawing and delivery/future replacement route drawing & Tunnel bracket drawing.
4) To chair SWC meeting weekly and update SWC meeting of minutes
5) To attend BIM meeting weekly with consultant to resolves clashes and refine as workable as possible
6) To work closely with BIM team to review PDS, Earth Mat system, equip potential and all SWC services.
7) To work closely with PDS consultant to ensure PDS system is workable
8) To overlay/coordinate and update CSD/SEM due to clashes and refine as workable as possible
9) To work closely with structure design team to ensure all SWC provision is capture
10) To submit CSD/SEM drawing for Authority approval and address Dar comment for re-submission
11) To coordinate/update SWC services on reflected ceiling plan toward SWC sign off and for Authority approval submission.
12) To perform inspection and to ensure provisions and cast-in item related to SWC & contractor are in line with approved sign-off CSD/SEM/Casting drawing during the casting stage.
13) To work closely with structure design team/SWC/ casting personnel when unforeseen issues arise before/during the casting stage. (eg. pipe routing)
14) To coordinate and provide respective maintenance strategy report to Authority
15) To manage sub-contractors and to ensure their shop design drawing comply with authority /consultant requirement and specification.
16) To ensure all sub-contractor shop drawings related to M&E got approval from relevant authority prior to the site installation.
17) To involve in weekly SWC and task-force meeting to address any blockage issues related to M&E on site.
18) To coordinate with SWC the delivery route for their equipment and their respective temporary working space.
19) To coordinate plumbing and sanitary system, earthing system and all related sub-con for the site installation work and to ensure quality and mounting requirements endorsed by the authority are met.
20) To manage the handing over of categories rooms to SWC and also to work with structure/architectural team to clear any defects raise by SWC.
21) To resolve SWC containment clashes on site and to ensure services comply to CSD/SEM working drawing.
22) To coordinate M&E items interfacing with architectural work.
23) Perform inspection with relevant authority for quality check and to rectify any comments
24) Prepare documents to the relevant authority for commissioning of equipment
25) To prepare all related M&E as built drawing for submission to Authority approval.
Minimum Requirements/ Competencies
• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Mechanical and/or Electrical, Civil Engineering with at least 10 years of relevant work experience in a managerial role
• Experience working for LTA projects
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Proficient in Autocad and Microsoft Office
• Willing to commit on Saturdays
