Six days work (Mon – Friday (8.00 am to 5.00 pm) & Sat 8.00 am to 12.30 pm) 44 hours weekly.

Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from reputed Institute.

Minimum 3 years experiences as Quantity surveyor.

Salary Range – S$3000 - S$5000.

• Planning and overseeing the construction operations of a project Conducting.
• Site layout.
• undertaking surveys.
• setting out sites.
• Work schedule.
• Managing equipment & materials at site.
• Organizing the workers.
• Safeguarding the environment.
• Checking and modifying plans and specifications for constructability, efficiency, and safety.
• Developing cost estimates and preparing bids.
• Managing subcontractor firms.
• Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork.
• Working with the owner to ensure that the project meets requirements.
• Solving job site technical problems,moving between the field and office.
• Gaining additional education and training.
• Skilled in Using of Autocad, MS office,ability to prepare schedule in MS Project.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering / Equivalent

3. Sound knowledge of Engineering,construction, and design.
