Quantity Surveyor (QS)

Job Scope

• Prepare technical proposals and cost estimates for project tenders.
• Assist with technical and costing issues during the tender process.
• Identify execution and technical risks, working with relevant personnel to develop mitigation strategies.
• Develop, review, and monitor compliance with tender and contract policies and guidelines, following industry best practices.
• Ensure all estimates are competitive.
• Provide input on bid proposals and conduct win/loss analyses.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Engineering.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Positive attitude and passion for the role.
• Capable of interpreting drawings for costing and estimation.

• The role involves both tender and project responsibilities; a mix of junior and senior positions is available.
