• To perform all roles and responsibilities required of site supervisors under the Building Control Act. Please refer to Annex A for more details on the list of responsibilities for RTOs.

Responsibilities:

Post Contract:

Preparation of budgets

Filing of variations/monitoring of projects variations

Advise site team on contractual issues

Valuing completed works and Filing of progress claims

Monitoring of procurement process

Attendance of site/technical meetings

Drafting of subcontracts

Preparation of cost assesment for Variation Order

Evaluation of price comparison summary

Conducting site measurements

Review and understand all plans and specifications

Arranging meetings with subcontractors and suppliers to review the specifications, scope of works and method of construction if requied

Tender:

Carry out quantity take-off for project which includes sourcing for supplier and sub-contractor, collate price for comparison

Prepare tender and contract documents

Prepare and analyse costings and cost control

Responsible for collecting , sorting, check other bidding calculation of quantities

Accountable for reviewing tender documents, drawings and quantity taking-off

Prepare quotations for various technical works, material, manpower etc

Requirement:

Degree or Diploma in Building/Quantity Surveying

Min 5 years experience in role

Well-versed in both Contracts Administration and Tenders

Experience in Residential Projects is added advantages

Possess good negotiation and coordination skills

Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate with people from all levels.

Job Requirements:
