Primary Function

Perform bunker surveys at the anchorages or terminals as per company’s procedures as well as specific customer requirements. Surveyor is to independently inspect, measure, sample, investigate and report as required on the bunkering operation.

Principal Duties/Responsibilities

1. To follow instruction provided by the Operations Executive (OE) with respect to the job. To review the job appointment prior to inspection ensuring all instructions are in order. Any doubts should be clarified and resolved with the respective OE before proceeding with the job.

2. Check with port operations, agents and terminals for arrival and berthing status of vessels.

3. To be present in the location on time or at least 30 minutes before start of job. Prepare all necessary equipment and documentation needed to perform inspection.

4. Conduct bunker quantity survey in accordance to the local standards as well as the company’s procedures.

5. Surveyor is to independently inspect, measure, sample, investigate and report as required on the bunkering operation.

6. Updating and reporting to the operations executive in a timely manner.

This role will involve overseeing maintenance services, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring compliance with regulations, all while supporting small-scale projects and providing excellent service

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Property Manager in managing daily property operations.
• Supervise subcontractors and vendors in delivering maintenance services.
• Ensure compliance with building systems and statutory regulations.
• Assist with small projects, repairs, and replacements as needed.
• Address service requests and manage feedback promptly.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Building/Faulty Management or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in property or facilities management
• Experience in managing commercial buildings
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain and build rapport with clients
• Develop new accounts and grow customer base
• Diligently follow up on customers requirements
• Prepare and submit quotations
• Prepare and meet monthly sales target and collections

Requirements

• Several years’ experience preferably in sales of construction equipment and materials
• Clean driving license and own transport
