• Supervise day-to-day site works and manage sub-con/in progress production planning & build.
• Handle the project supervision and documentation
• Manage M&E subcontractors’ submission of method statements, drawings, materials, samples, and work progress

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 5 years of working experiences in main-con, preferably in HDB projects

Responsible for full set of accounts.
Ensure financial accounting standards comply with accounting, tax and legislative requirement.
Daily cashflow monitoring & projection,maintain and update Cashflow report weekly.
Preparation of management reports with journal, Fixed Assets and balance sheet schedules.
Prepare and submit GST to IRAS quarterly.
Assist for monthly bank reconciliation and SOA preparation.
Assist to ensure payment & cheque are processed in a timely manner.
Follow-up on customer’s billings and payment status.
Reconcile with suppliers’ Statement of Accounts
Answer incoming phone calls from creditors on payment status
Liase with Auditors and Tax Consultant for Year End Report and attend to the enquiry
Prepare Interim Payment Certificate and Backcharge.
Prepare Invoices and Debit/Credit Note.
Other ad-hoc duties as and when required
Prepare Payroll and CPF Submission if necessary.

· Work in a team to manage the day-to-day estate operational matters in the Division

· Report to Property Manager of the division

· Involve in the inspection of horticultural works, conservancy cleaning, upgrading building projects, building maintenance issues and all other estate maintenance related works

· Manage and maintain residential and commercial properties in the division

· Liaise with and supervise contractors

· Attend and follow up on feedback from residents

· Carry out enforcement actions related to common property and open space by laws

· Prepare and maintain proper admin and paper documentation
