Requirements

About the Role
We are seeking skilled and dedicated Electricians to join our dynamic team in Singapore. If you have prior local experience and a strong understanding of electrical systems in various property types, this opportunity is for you!

Positions Available

• Lead Electrician (Senior)
• Skilled Electrician (Intermediate)

Salary

• SGD 2,000 to SGD 3,000 per month (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in various properties, including HDB flats, BTO projects, condominiums, commercial and landed properties.
• Conduct troubleshooting and ensure all electrical systems are functioning optimally.
• Perform inspections to ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.
• Collaborate with team members and property owners to complete projects efficiently.
• Provide guidance and support to junior electricians (for senior positions).

Requirements

• Must have prior working experience as an electrician in Singapore.
• Familiarity with local electrical codes and standards is essential.
• Proven expertise in handling electrical works in HDB, BTO, condominiums, commercial and landed properties.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Job Description:

• Manage the day-to-day administrative tasks, including office supplies, equipment, and facilities management. Contacting clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
• Ensure the office environment is organized, clean, and functional for staff and visitors.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate team members or departments.
• Monitor and maintain office inventory, including construction materials and tools, and reorder supplies as necessary.
• Assist in the purchasing process for office supplies.
