About the role

As a Building Maintenance Technician at Knight Frank Strata Management business unit, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our buildings and estates. • Responsible for project and site supervision, attend site meetings and co-ordinate with various stake holders, regulatory bodies, subcontractors and all related parties to ensure the smooth implementation/completion of project.
• Ensures completeness of documentation ie all changes to specifications/work scopes/drawings/etc are accurately documented.
• Assist in resolving challenges that may arise during project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
• Ensure compliance of safety regulations in accordance to industry standards.
• Efficient management of resources and materials.
• Manage manpower and overtime costs to ensure optimal.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned.

* Responsible for the entire project site allocated including profitability;

* Planning and scheduling of workers and site supervisor;

* Amend drafting of work done for submission to architect + M & E consultants and developers;

* Controlled and ordering of raw material;

* Monitor work done at site is in accordance to site progress schedule;

* Scheduling of workers for different task at site;

* Preparation of Risk Management report for submission before new site work is allow to start;

* Ensure daily work order before allowing workers to start work everyday;

* Attend site showround when required for new tenders;

* Make sure Site Supervisors submit monthly site progress payment claims;

* Conduct training for new workers when required;

* Monitor safety at site is in accordance to MOM regulations.
