Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure profitable growth of our Agreement Base by selling new Service Agreements, renewing existing Agreements with added value/scope, and ensuring customer retention via active relationship management.
• The Sale of new and renewal Service Agreements to potential customers
• Maintain and develop business relationships with customers to ensure profitable growth and customer retention
• Prepare quotations and tenders and negotiate their terms according to company Contractual Instructions and grant approvals according to Delegation of Authority
• Follow good CRM practices on all Sales Case and Activity monitoring and handling
• Responsible for proper execution of Business Reviews for the related Agreements, utilizing the online customer portal
• Responsible for proper handover of all agreement details to Administrators/Planners and coordinate any needed changes during active agreement period
• Actively promote other non-agreement Services and Products, focusing on asset Modernizations and Spare Part needs
• Assist in creating team level sales forecasts, strategies, Annual Plans and Long-Term Plans
• Other ad-hoc activities assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Sales, Engineering, or related field
• 1-2 year/s of Engineering or Sales experience
• Experience working with Siebel CRM or similar tools
• Posses own car
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with associates who can only speak mandarin.

Job Responsibilities

As a member of the Strategic Planning and Policy team, you will be involved in charting our national direction and strategy to develop Singapore as a global hub for intangible assets and IP. You will be directly involved in Singapore’s efforts to formulate and implement policies and initiatives that will support our creators, innovators and enterprises in using their intangible assets for growth. The primary responsibility of a BIM Modeler is to carry out clash detection and restrictions, identification of discrepancies and design flaw through BIM modelling, visualization of value engineering works and aesthetic requirements, and supporting tender team and construction project with draft technical drawing and sketches.

Candidate must possess Certificate in Pavement Construction and Maintenance Course or equivalent.

At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related fields

Required Skill(s): MS OFFICE, AUTOCAD, DRAWING INTERPRETATION

Site coordination in pavement construction and maintenance.

Prepare and submit daily site activities reports.

Attend site meetings

Other adhoc duties as and when directed.

1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of site contractors.
2. Monitor job progress and ensure that civil contracted works meets all practical, commercial, requirements of productivity, quality and contract target completions.
3. Ensure all structural work is carried out within established budgets and schedules.
4. Ensure all design work conforms to the codes and standards used by the client, or to agreed industry standards.
5. Implement and oversee site projects assigned to ensure smooth project execution.
6. Manage internal and external contractors well to ensure quality of work and scope of work is within specifications.
7. Study project specifications such as civil/structural, architectural and M&E drawings.
8. To coordinate with subcontractors/suppliers to execute contract works.
9. Maintain safe and clean working environment and ensure compliances according to standard rules and regulations.
10. Responsible for all inspection activities being carried out.
11. Prepare daily/weekly/month site report.
12. Manages and oversees whole site operations
