Event Management

• Formulate a monthly/annual calendar of events and implementation plan
• Build and maintain Standard Operating Procedures
• Organize facilities and manage all event details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material etc.
• Providing outstanding customer service and organizing memorable events that exceed client expectations
• Propose ideas to improve event and service quality
• Events reporting and customer feedback survey
• Develop an event planning process that is simple to adopt and implement
• Assist in the coordination of event orders with clients, team and vendors
• Develop and manage the vendor network

Procurement & Vendor Support

• Assist in the management of all contractors on site to ensure they perform to the required standards (including inspection of vendors’ works)
• Assist in the procurement of consumables and services as required
• Host monthly/quarterly vendor meetings, upload minutes of meetings, action plans and improvement plans
• Evaluate vendor performance and adherence to service level agreements.
• Monitor and manage vendor invoices, track expenses, and maintain budgetary control.

Risk Management

• Assist in the event risk management program
• Participate in the disaster recovery and business continuity plans as required
• Follow established escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures
• Adhere to Jones Lang LaSalle’s business conduct by ensuring compliance with the firm’s guidelines, procedures and strategies. Achieve Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreement targets.

Compliance and Safety:

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and guidelines for any technical systems.
• Conduct inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Collaborate with appropriate stakeholders to develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures.
• Provide guidance and support for safety training initiatives to promote a culture of safety and awareness.

Budgeting and Reporting:

• Assist in the development and management of the facilities budget.
• Analyze budget variances and recommend cost-saving measures.
• Prepare regular reports on technical operations, maintenance activities, and budgetary spending.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment, pantry inventory, and warranty information.

• Report to Construction Manager
• Manage and oversee construction activities near existing SPPG tunnel/GTP
• Coordination between client, consultant and sub-contractor(vendors)
• Ensure compliance with safety procedure and regulations
• Carry-out regular inspections and regular checks of concerned construction activities
• Resolve technical and engineering issue
• Ensure proper documentation (including Risk assessment/Method statement) and record-keeping of construction activities
• Ensure the activities comply with the local Authorities’ quality, environment, health & safety requirements and Clients’ General Specification
• Ensuring Permit to Work (PTW) is verified and valid for assigned duties.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university, accredited by the Singapore PE Board
• Registered Resident Engineer with IES and valid certification in Singapore (Mandatory)
• Minimum of 1 year of Engineering experience
• 2 years of experience in the supervision of construction projects preferred
• Progress oriented, team player
• Technical expertise and knowledge in Civil Engineering Construction especially piling/RC works
• Proficient in Microsoft Offic and Auto CAD
• Attained CSCPM/BCSS/Confined space/Work At Height
• Good interpersonal skills and hardworking

Job Description & Requirements

1. A valid Class 3 / 4 licence, familiar driving a 14 foot lorry and 20 foot lorry with at least 3 years of driving experience.

2. A clean driving record and familiarity with Singapore Map.

3. Daily picking up of foreign workers from dormitory to working site. End of the day, send them back to their dormitory.

4. Day and night shift. Required to work on Sunday and Public Holidays.

5. Running errands or delivering materials.

6. Collection of payments.

7. Maintaining the vehicle safe and clean.
