Job Requirements

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Oversee all the day-to-day office administrative functions at the Site Office and report to the Head of the Project.
• Perform and maintain daily documentation, filing and typing
• Liaise closely with the Head Office’s Administration and HR Departments.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC in any field.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Communication, Analytical, General Administration Experience
• Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent

Job Responsibilities:

• The Sales Executive acts as the points of contact with the customers, portraying professionalism and confidence that delivers the ultimate in customer service.

• Interact with clients, vendors & visitors in a professional manner.

• Follow up with the existing accounts, contractors and engineers.

• Cold call on projects and companies that come across out in the field.

• Submit weekly sales run sheet, detailing visit to clients, projects, follow up site demo etc.

• Technical presentations to contractors and engineers upon full product training and support given.

• On-site technical site installation training to be given to contractors and engineers when requested

• Weekly sales meeting on current and potential sales.

• Follow up with contractors / engineers/architects / developers on new or existing projects

• Follow up on contacts enquiries.

• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Candidate must posses at least primary/ secondary school o level , professional certificate/ NITEC / Diploma in any field

• With knowledge of the construction industry preferred

• Have good sales record

1. Ensure proper planning and execution of projects to meet or exceed performance indicators in term of quality and timeframe.

2. Ensure project complies with safety policies, rules and regulations; redesigning work flow and processes if necessary to mitigate safety risks

3. Main point of contact and liaison between project teams and the client's representatives, consultants and relevant authorities

4. Review staffing requirements and direct allocation of available resources to various phases of the projects

5. Manage budget and ensures it achieves beyond target profit margin

6. Implement effective contract and claim management to increase the contractual margin and protect Company against liability claims

7. Able to formulate awards strategy independently

Jobs Description

• Support of maintenance and project works function

• Advising on procurement strategy

• Prepare cost estimate

• Endorse and ensure all costing by Contractors is properly checked and endorsed

• Prepare and report financial projection and budgetary control including monitoring of contract and provisional sums.

• Prepare and recommend monthly progress payment claims and final account submitted by Contractors

• Evaluate and carry out joint measurement with Contractors (e-PO, Final BQ, etc.)

• Administer Contractors works - check & verify quotations / "star rate" items / market sensing

• Check, certify and confirm Contractors Invoices

• Review and prepare specifications, evaluate and recommend tender submissions and contract documentation (maintenance contract)

• Obtain and monitor Performance Bonds, Bankers Guarantees and insurances

• Prepare tender document, tender calling, tender evaluation, market survey report, contract documents, including bills of quantities with clients/ architects, and preparing and analysing costing in detailed reports

• Prepare tender documents, tender evaluation report, variation agreements and render professional advice on any penalties, liquidated damages when deem necessary.

• Prepare recommendation report (exercise option / CVR etc.)

• Carry out random audits of not less than two (2) projects on maintenance replacement per month

• Administer term contractors A&A works

• Any other ad-hoc assignments assigned by the Management.

Requirement

-Diploma in Quantity Survey, Building, Engineering, Construction Management or other relevant qualifications from a recognized institute with minimum 5 years relevant experience.

quality specifications are consistently met

• Coordinate with the clients, sub-contractors and

consultants on all project matters

• Familiar with Authority submissions and regulatory

requirements

• Ensure site team of engineers, supervisors, foremen

and workers comply with client and regulatory

requirements

• To assist management in monitoring the

effectiveness of the risk control measures

• To recommend appropriate risk control measures to

reduce or eliminate the risk identified assessment

• Together with QS department to award sub

contractor

• Assist in ac-hoc tender for technical proposal

submission

• All other ad hoc duties assigned

Job Requirement

• Diploma/ Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture

or equivalent

• Good communication and organizational skills

• Able to work independently with minimum

supervision as well as in a team environment

• Able to work under pressure with high initiative and

meeting timelines

• At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in

Construction Industry

• Able Understand & doing AutoCAD Drawing
