What You'll Do:
As a key member of the company's team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the successful execution of their projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing Contract Documents: Dive deep into contract specifications, perform precise measurements, and prepare comprehensive Bills of Quantities.
• Contract Administration: Assist in managing contracts by preparing progress claims and collaborating with company's Clients' representatives on claims and variations.
• Tender Pricing: Request quotations, analyze prices, and prepare detailed bills of quantities to ensure competitive tender pricing.
• Claims Verification: Review and verify subcontractor and supplier claims, preparing accurate payment certificates to maintain financial integrity.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualifications
• Preferably at least 2 years of relevant working experience in Civil Engineering
