As a Real Estate Portfolio Manager, you are responsible for managing an inventory of 100+ residential property listings. You are the brain of the Squad you belong to, defining the listing strategies, pricing policies and valuation methodologies. About the role

As a Strata Management Accounts Admin at Knight Frank, you will be resonsible for handling accounting administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day financial operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail.

What you will be doing:

• Prepare partial or full set of accounts.
  • Prepare schedules for all Profit and Loss (P/L) and Balance Sheet (B/S) items.
  • Address and resolve accounting-related queries.
  • Prepare Goods and Services Tax (GST) reports.
  • Liaise with auditors, banks and operations team.
  • Assist with other tasks as assigned by Manager or Team Leader.

Are you a pro in on-site operations management? In this role, you’ll assist the site managers in providing property management services and planning daily operational activities. Your role will have a focus on the building’s services and you’ll ensure that health, safety and environmental standards set out by the client/tenants are adhered to.

Likewise, you’ll be in charge of maintaining the building exterior and interior; as well as performing regular site inspections on all common areas—including public walkways, external façade and others—and implementing remedial action on any service issues.
