To attend meetings with main-contractors, and / or sub-contractors, for discussions on any discrepancies to work done quantity or variational works

To thoroughly check and prepare Final Accounts for completed projects

To Prepare Progress Claim / Payment Certificates

Requirements

- Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying or above

- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel in particular)

- Able to read and understand construction drawings

- Must have good interpersonal / social skills to explain, communicate, liaise, negotiate
