Duties

• Contribute to the formation and refinement of workplace experience strategy, which includes leading the implementation to delivery.
• Organize and execute workplace experience events with measurement so ESAT for every activity planned.
• Collaborate with internal /external stakeholders and vendor to implement and operationalize community building products / services
• Advocate and implement digitalization of workplace experience processes including CRE Services (Facilities reporting, Meeting room booking, Car park application etc.)
• Lead and operationalize execution of agile and Design Thinking/Human centered design methodology
• Adopt the Clients' 4D methodology in journey mapping for site operations, e.g. conduct experiments, service blueprints, value maps, sustainable operations, operational improvements and streamline efficiencies etc.
• Able to do simple poster or onsite communications materials.
• Plan, film and edit videos/communications materials (work with vendor partners for complex videography)

DESCRIPTION OF JOB TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate vehicles in accordance with all Singapore traffic laws and regulations, applicable US Navy instructions/directives and applicable installation instruction/directives.
• The safety of passengers is the prime responsibility of all drivers.
• At the beginning and end of their shift, they inspect their vehicle to ensure that it is functioning correctly.
• Transport quests to/from assigned places.
• Greet passengers and engage them in conversation in a bid to make them feel welcomed.
• Turn in lost/found items to Centerra main office and keep a lookout for suspicious activities on the van.
• Drive shuttle bus/truck on predefined route
• Ensure that duty drivers complete the daily driver’s checklist prior to operating the vehicles.
• Conduct compliance surveillance of shuttle bus operations to ensure contract compliance with emphasis on safety and schedule.
• Coordinate shuttle bus and taxi schedules to ensure that services are completed in accordance with the contract and requested itineraries.

BASIC JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Clean driving record with valid Singapore driving license.

EDUCATION:

• Minimum High School education

• Oversee project planning, scheduling, manpower allocation, and progress monitoring for semiconductor plant construction.
• Manage budgets for materials, manpower, and machinery, addressing delays or site emergencies effectively.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, clients, and authorities to resolve site and compliance issues.
• Ensure safe, economical methods and strict adherence to project standards for smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Min. 3 years of experience in construction, preferably in semiconductor plant projects.
• Degree in Engineering/Architecture or equivalent qualification.
• Strong prioritization skills, ability to work independently, and meet tight deadlines.
• Flexible to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
