• Responsible for carrying out mechanical clearance, conducting hydro and pneumatic tests, fulfilling commissioning and Pre-Commissioning requirements for the project.
• Responsible for line checking after hydro testing or pneumatic testing to complete the post punch list prior to sign-off the test packages before signing the completion of piping / mechanical.
• Ensure that all punch list items are resolved; client handover is satisfactorily concluded and that there is no prolongation of project.
• Take prompt corrective and preventive action to remove any quality issue, any unsafe elements and unhealthy conditions at site.
• Sales Cycle Management: Conduct the full sales cycle, including lead generation, follow-up, service delivery, and transaction closure.

About the role

As our Facilities Management Property Executive (M&E), you’ll be the go-to person for all things related to the upkeep and optimization of facilities under your care. You’ll oversee maintenance, regulatory compliance, and safety, ensuring every corner of our building operates smoothly and efficiently. What you will be doing:

• Overseeing facility maintenance and repair activities, upholding high standards of safety and regulatory compliance.

What we’re looking for someone who’s:

• Holding a Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
• Bringing at least 5 years of experience in property management / facilities maintenance / equipment management.
• Green Mark and FSM certified candidates are highly preferred.
• Skilled in customer service, with strong communication abilities.
• Knowledgeable about complex technical issues related to building maintenance and eager to propose innovative solutions.

Job Description

· Work closely with the Project Team on identifying the customer’s needs and expectations. Site Survey and measurement.

· Support the Project Team on administrative works such as handling customer enquiries, preparing tender documentation, technical and material specifications and daily project reports (photos etc).

· Arrange meetings and monitor progress of the project works to ensure the projects are is on schedule, within budget and completed with good quality.

· Prepare workers’ worksite schedule and logistics arrangement.

· Coordinate with key stakeholders such as contractors, customers, QE/PE to meet authorities requirements and obtain the permits required for project completion.

· Upon completion of project, ensure proper project handover and follow up on maintenance services.
