Job Requirements:

• Degree in Building Management, Facilities Management, or equivalent from a reputable institution.
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience in estate/property management, preferably in large commercial or retail buildings.
  Experience managing tenants in Grade A office buildings.
• Competence in reading and understanding technical/structural drawings.
• Strong business acumen and managerial leadership qualities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Safety Officer to join our team in the construction industry. 1. Safety Compliance:
