We are seeking Quantity Surveyors for our Tender Department covering the engineering scope in plant engineering, marine/coastal engineering, land civil engineering and sustainable engineering. You will have the opportunities to participate in tenders for public & private, local & overseas projects, in both commercial as well as technical proposals. Your exposures will include site visits, taking off quantities with software, procurement, pricing, brainstorming for value engineering and attending tender interviews.

Job Description

• Reports Construction Manager
• To assist in site supervision works
• Coordinate internally with inter-department and externally with clients & consultants
• Coordinating for the project planning, documentation and execution of works on site
• Coordination, supervision & monitoring the progress of the project works on site, manpower mobilization, materials planning & ordering
• Coordinate with the contractor, suppliers on all project implementation issues and attend site meetings when required
• Coordinate for all submission
• Produce weekly site progress report and necessary submission
• Attend meetings, conduct site inspection on work progress to ensure quality control in accordance to meet authority requirements.

Job Requirement

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• At least 6 years of working experience in the related field is required
• Having experiences in LTA Project would be bonus and advantageous
• Independent with good communication skill
• Good organizational and planning skills
• Effective communication and coordination skills and team work
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Able to start immediately or within a short notice period will have added advantage
• Willing to work in site office

Job Requirement:

• Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Health & Safety or its equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
