Responsibilities for Retail Property Leasing Specialist:

• Responsible for identifying and engaging potential retail tenants.
• Conduct market research, strategic networking, and proactive outreach.
• Manager will lead and mentor the team, ensuring the successful implementation of leasing strategies
• Primary focus will be on maximizing rental income and maintaining high occupancy rates.
• Responsible for finalizing lease agreements and managing documentation
• Build and maintain relationships with different stakeholders

Requirements:

• Diploma in any discipline
• Min 2 years of leasing experience
• Good communication and negotiation skills

JOB DESCRIPTION:

* Coordinate with main-con to resolve all related issue

* Prepare shop, construction, detailed drawings for site installation.

* Prepare as built drawings as per site installation and get approval from client.

* Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the client

* Provide support activities in procurement, attend site meetings, monitoring deliveries and keeping

track of the entire project timeline

* Responsible for taking off measurement and monthly progress claim.

* Perform other duties as assigned.

Candidate profile:

* Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD) and photoshop.

* Minimum Diploma in Landscape Architecture is must

* Ability to manage multiple project tasks concurrently and accurately in a timely manner through workload prioritisation.

* Ability to work independently and diligently under stress and pressure.

* Good communication skills, team player, meticulous, independent and self-motivated.
