· Review construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
· Projecting cost estimates on various materials needed for a project.
· Coordinating with Site Managers, Site Engineers, Client, Vendors and sub contractors to ensure the project is on time and on budget.
· Preparing contracts, legal tender documents, invoices, and other documentation.
· Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.
. Documentation- Ensure all relevant documentation is meticulously reviewed. This includes contracts, amendments, correspondence, and project records.
.Cost Analysis- compare the claimed amounts with similar projects or tasks
