Key Responsibilities:

Campus Management:

• Manage and supervise contract administration for assigned projects, covering project procurement, main contract and subcontract administration, and evaluation of price comparisons and costing summaries.
• Assist in sourcing and comparing at least three (3) quotations for project material requests, liaise with suppliers and purchasing teams, and monitor project order schedules.
• Prepare and submit monthly progress claims, variation orders, final account settlements, and ensure timely submission of invoices.
• Evaluate subcontractors’ progress claims, issue payment responses, and process final payments.
• Address project issues such as Extension of Time (EOT), terms and conditions, prolongation claims, and loss and expense claims.
• Perform other duties related to Quantity Surveying as required.

Requirements:

• A minimum diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in quantity surveying; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in cost estimation software/tools and experience in sourcing, purchasing, and billing.

Job Scope:
