• Assist Construction Manager in daily works.
• Assist Construction Manager to manage and control overall construction activities in all aspects to successfully meet the project specifications and schedules in accordance with the performance requirements and project objectives.
• Assist in evaluating vendors, suppliers, examiners, checkers, sub-contractors, direct supply labour force etc.
• Monitor constructability reviews.
• Select and implement construction procedures most appropriate to the project considering the site conditions and the modular approach.

Job Requirements

• Diploma, Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical preference) or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of experience in project management, construction, design, testing and commissioning of thermal process plant systems e.g. boiler, furnace, heat-exchangers, flue gas treatment system.
• Familiar with heavy lifting, bulky equipment, items installation and logistic planning. Experience in water and wastewater will be added advantage.

· To ensure that all monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports, budgets, operating forecasts and other information required by UEL are accurately complied and submitted within specified time limits, identifying variances and drafting variance explanation to the management discussion.

· To ensure hotels’ general ledgers are maintained, reflecting the current financial status and profit & loss position of the hotels, in an orderly and professional manner.

· TO ensure all postings to the hotel’s general ledgers supported by properly authorized and documented journal vouchers.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Transactions Manager to join our Global Transactions Team. This role will be a primary POC between cross functional internal teams and internal/external legal counsel, brokers, consultants, etc. The individual will be responsible for leading regional transactions with support from brokerage teams, as well as working closely with internal stakeholders to solve issues and answer questions related to the leased and owned portfolio. This role will optimize financial outcomes and reduce risk for Meta’s real estate portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Drive end‐to‐end transaction management, including new leases, serviced office agreements, acquisitions and dispositions of real estate
• Lead regional consolidation efforts to support disposition work by performing detailed real estate strategy scenario planning and financial analysis
• Lead regional mark‐to‐market exercises to optimize savings opportunities for the real estate portfolio
• Lead Quarterly Business Strategy reviews in partnership with Space Planning to ensure business and space needs are properly planned

Minimum Qualifications
