JOB PURPOSE

This role will be a primary POC between cross functional internal teams and internal/external legal counsel, brokers, consultants, etc. The individual will be responsible for leading regional transactions with support from brokerage teams, as well as working closely with internal stakeholders to solve issues and answer questions related to the leased and owned portfolio. Job Description:

· Respond and attend to guest repair requests.

· Communicate with guests/customers to resolve maintenance issues.

· Perform preventive maintenance on tools and kitchen and mechanical room equipment, including cleaning and lubrication.

· Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines.

RESPONSIBILITY
