Roles and Responsibility:

· Drafting and reviewing legal documents in English and Japanese.

· Case management.

· Corresponding with clients and other legal teams.

· Analyzing the probable outcomes of cases, using knowledge of legal precedents.

· Performing administrative and management functions related to the practice of law.

· Building excellent working relationships with clients and peers within the firm.

· Dealing with any other related tasks as assigned from time to time.

Qualities and Skills:

· Qualified to practice China law and passed the relevant bar examinations in China.

· A track-record demonstrating commitment and achievement.

· Ability to acquire, consolidate and apply fundamental and up-to-date knowledge of the law.

· Accuracy and attention to detail.

· Organized and able to work to strict deadlines with the ability to priorities realistically.

· Professional level of proficiency in spoken and written Chinese.

· Communicate with our head office in China.
