We are looking for

• Holder of a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Real Estate / Finance/ Accounting or equivalent;
• Worked in the in real estate acquisitions, asset management and fund management industry for at least 10 years.
• At least 6 years of relevant experiences in real estate portfolio management and investments including funding, structuring, and financing.
• Have worked in an APAC regional role (Singapore/ Hong Kong/Taiwan/ Korea/ Japan/ Australia/ China)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong Excel skills and is able to build complex financial models.
• Good understanding of all aspects of property investment, development and financing processes, including but not limited to market analysis, financial analysis including property valuation, capital markets, project budgeting and scheduling.
• Highly developed interpersonal skills and abilities; demonstrating confidence in building and effectively maintaining positive relationships with co-workers.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized with good project management skills
• An ability to work closely with multiple stake holders in various parts of the world.

Job Responsibilities:

• Carry out land and engineering surveys required for the construction projects, site boundaries or land titles.
• Survey, establish demarcations and guide for construction to proceed.
• Check and compute the pre-computation prior to any setting out for field surveyors.

Responsibilities:

• Review tender documents to understand project details and requirements.
• Reviewing and interpreting engineering documentation such as drawings, specifications, and scope of works to fully understand the project requirements for detailed and accurate estimating.
• Providing detailed and accurate quantity take-offs as per the technical drawings, specifications, and scope of work, and ensuring the completeness and timely submission of tender bids.
• Preparation of quotations and liaising with my QS Executive about the pricing, value engineering, and analysis project budgeting.
• Providing timely clarifications for ongoing submission within the tender duration and tracking the design changes of tender drawings.
• To develop and propose documents in response to RFP, and RFQ, study.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Building, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in the construction sector.
