• Continuous improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to responsible sourcing, collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to implement best practices, innovative approaches, and new technologies.

Business Process Analyst for AX/D365

• System evaluation and enhancement: Assess the effectiveness of current procurement systems and tools. Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and user pain points. Collaborate with IT and procurement teams to recommend system enhancements to improve functionality, usability, and data integrity.
• Managing the roles and permissions assigned to individual users. Involves in determining the access levels and responsibilities of different users and ensuring that the appropriate individuals or authorities have the necessary approval rights.
• Continuous improvement: Stay informed about emerging procurement trends, technologies, and best practices. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. Lead or participate in projects to implement new tools, systems, or process enhancements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with at least 5 years of relevant working experiences
• Preferably possess 2 years of experience in the managerial level
• Must be literate in computer application
• Experienced with contract management
• Experience with full process of vendor management
